{"id":563,"date":"2024-12-09T22:30:19","date_gmt":"2024-12-09T21:30:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lestremhunting.fr\/?p=563"},"modified":"2024-12-09T22:30:19","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T21:30:19","slug":"filets-de-palombes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lestremhunting.fr\/es\/2024\/12\/09\/filets-de-palombes\/","title":{"rendered":"Filets de palombes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2046\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lestremhunting.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/tempimage6qw551.jpg?resize=2046%2C1000&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-564\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS :&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Filets de palombes (nombre \u00e0 d\u00e9termin\u00e9 en fonction du nombre de convives)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oignons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jambon de pays ou lardons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique de type velours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel et poivre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RECETTE :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faites saisir les filets de palombe (c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau en premier) dans une po\u00eale avec un carr\u00e9 de beurre et un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive puis les sortir du feu et les mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites revenir les oignons jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s ajoutez y les morceaux de jambon de pays ou les lardons.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer les filets de palombes \u00e0 la garniture \u00e0 feu moyen.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En parall\u00e8le, dans une casserole, ajoutez le citron, le vinaigre et le miel.
